【做法】:

1. 烤盘铺烤纸备用。

2. 蛋黄与材料A的砂糖用打蛋棒拌匀至砂糖溶解,加入粟米油和白咖啡水拌匀。

4. 准备另一个搅拌容器,把材料B的蛋白用mixer快速打出粗泡,加入柠檬汁打,再分次加入砂糖继续打至硬性发泡。

5. 取三分之一(做法4)的蛋白霜放入蛋黄糊的容器内,用刮刀拌匀。

6. 把拌均匀的(做法5)倒回蛋白霜的容器内,用刮刀轻轻搅拌均匀。

7. 面糊倒入烤盘,用刮刀铺平表面,并把烤盘在桌上轻敲出气泡。
